It has been a long while since I blogged here and that's because I have been on a very special mission to create the life of my dreams. I am proud and happy to say that my new digital business is launched and in the hands of some amazing people who you can meet here

The new story is about to unfold but I wont go into too much detail here now. It will unfold over the next few months and it involves me packing up and seeing the world again.

If you want to keep in touch then please visit our new blog where I will be sharing details of my journey and also the challenges of running a global digital business while mobile

I will also be soon announcing a new membership site for those who want to connect and jam with me

Invite for career women

Are your New Year's resolutions looking like this already?

I cant believe that it is February already. How did January whizz by so fast? Thank goodness for the fact that I set my January monthly goals in My Best Year Ever because it reminded me of where I started this year which already seems like a long time ago! How did you do against your monthly goals? Pat yourself on the back for all your hard work! If you didn't reach your monthly targets what will you be doing to adjust in February? There are only 26 days left this month and then one sixth of the year has gone !

WOW!
Goal setting and time management really focuses the mind!

On Wednesday evening this week we are running a FREE webinar for those of opted in to be part of my group of 2014 mentees. I am doing this in partnership with Vanessa Vallely of www.wearethecity.com and her mentees who are already using the system and love it !

If you would like to join in to see what all the fuss is about then please  register here

If you missed the video last week here it is again

With Passion!

Why planners and calendars no longer work

Planners and calendars no longer work. Click here  to find out why

In the final on my series about to how to set dreams and long term goals I wanted to write a comprehensive piece about how to make sure that you achieve the Pareto Principle of 80% of your results coming from 20% of your actions and then realised there is no way I could ever do it justice. You see, in the past decade I have used everything form Franklin Covey Planners to Tony Robbin's RPM system and nothing worked for me as a single Mum running businesses.

So I thought 'OK, I will have to show them how I do it.'  In the short video below you will get unique insight into my daily activity and how I make sure that all of my actions are aligned to my long term dreams and plans and ensure that what I do today keeps me on the right path. My daily activity

If you follow this system   My Best Year Ever you will reduce overwhelm and gain more time in the week for those you love

As always, I would love to get your feedback

Time is your greatest asset

If you have been on my seminar you will have heard this

I held a moment in my hand

Brilliant as a star

fragile as a flower

A tiny sliver of one hour

I dropped it carelessly

Oh God, I knew not, I held opportunity

I took some time out today in the beautiful Winter sunshine to celebrate all of the recent success that My Best Year Ever has brought into everybody's lives. You can read about that on my personal blog

Using My Best Year Ever has given me back control over my time to achieve my goals and do the things I love.

Simple Steps to Impossible Dreams

A very long time ago, when I was starting out with eve-olution I read a book that I can no longer recall but it had a title something like the subject of this blog.

Last night I did a talk and one of the questions was 'don't our dreams and goals have to be realistic?' Well the truth is this: If you set small goals you will achieve them and if you set big goals you will achieve them.

What have you chosen for yourself and your families this year?

5 years ago I set the intention to have an internet business so that I could be mobile when my youngest went to University. My youngest went to University last Summer and I now have an internet business - yes there were some twists and turns and drama and challenges and I tried many things but nothing stuck and nothing worked until now.

I set the intention and the time-frame. Do you see how manifestation works now?

If you want to read the third in my series on how to have your Best Year Ever you can head on over to my personal blog

Begin with the end in mind

I am sure you all know of  Stephen Covey and his amazing book - The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People? Do you remember what the 7 Habits are?

Habit 1: Be proactive and take responsibility for your life

Habit 2: Begin with the end in mind (all things are created twice, the first is in your imagination)

Habit 3 : Put first things first (It's OK to say no)

Habit 4 : Think win-win (a character based code for human interaction)

Habit 5 : Seek first to understand, then to be understood (self explanatory)

Habit 6: Synergise (two heads are better than one)

Habit 7: Sharpen the saw (take care of yourself first)

It is Habit 2 that I find most people struggle with. They don't dare to dream or to use their imagination to manifest a future that they would truly love to live. If this interests you I have written how to do this on my Personal blog

“I am not a product of my circumstances. I am a product of my decisions.” Stephen Covey

These are my feet in the Summer. Working on my lap top ...life design is important to me. What's important to you?

5 Steps to make 2014 your best year ever!

Happy New Year

It certainly has started with a bang for us. I am reminded of the phrase 'be careful what you wish for' because I set the intention for a fast growth business last year and after many months or R & D that is exactly what we now have! however, this also brings challenges and requires discipline and focus.

I have written about the 5 steps to make your Best Year Ever (in whatever way is meaningful for you) but not from theory books or courses. I write from the experience of having built 3 businesses and I am now into my fourth. My challenge and intention is to grow a highly scalable enterprise this time. When my children were younger I needed a lifestyle business. Now I have the space and time to put my energy into something that really challenges me. Remember that life is a journey not an outcome

What is your challenge and intention this year? How does it fit with your values and lifestyle needs? You can Test your wheel of life here

For more on the 5 steps please visit my personal blog Personal blog

Meanwhile, I wish you the very best of luck, peace, success and fulfillment for 2014. Grab your Future by the Horns!!
