Live without stress

Thank you so much for all your lovely feedback re My Best Year Ever. Some of you asked for some more information so you can find a description below. Remember that this year only you will receive a 33% discount on  My Best Year Ever !

The first part of the coaching tool is called My Plan and in My Plan you reflect on 14 self-guided coaching questions that tease our your desires, beliefs, values and life roles. Next you complete an interactive wheel of life so that you can easily see where you might currently need to address balance. The final part of My Plan is to define 3 Super Goals for the year.

The output from the coaching, My Plan, is a beautiful certificate that you can print out and keep and this is a true record of those things that you commit to be and do for your Best Year Ever and it includes your wheel of life, 3 Super Goals, most empowering beliefs plus your mission.

Next we move into Track My Plan and in here you have an opportunity to create a vision board for your Roles of Excellence. You can upload pictures or photos that inspire you and you can edit them during the year. There are constant reminders in the system to reconnect with My Plan (your certificate which is accessed through a separate tab) and Roles of Excellence (your own personalised vision board which is  also a separate tab)

Users are encouraged to use the goal setting tools to put their plans and dreams into action. Firstly, you visit Quarterly Milestones where you can see your 3 Super Goals and decide which big chunks need to be achieved to move closer to your goals and dreams. Monthly you will be reminded to complete your Monthly Compass ( a new wheel of life) and to compare with the last for progress and set monthly goals for all of your Roles of Excellence and you will, of course, be reminded to check in against your Vision Board and annual Certificate.

Finally, users love to keep the Weekly Planning app (Dump Chunk Do) open on their browser so that they can dump all of their thoughts and reminders as they go along during the day. Once a week or even once daily they  drag and drop those items into colour coded boxes that represent their goals. They can even use the app on the move via their tablet and so never have to use a paper list again or get overwhelmed with ‘things to do’ again. This peace of mind is a vital part of having your Best year Ever

The last piece of the system is to use the Daily Activity tab ….here you can see all of the tasks that you have categorised in colours around your goals and roles and you can now drag them into your calendar to be completed, safe in the knowledge that all activity is leading to having your Best Year Ever knowing that all of your actions have been aligned to your vision

The whole is supported by personalised email reminders and summaries so that you never have to worry about losing your way or forgetting your dreams

This is the fastest way to get to your dreams and live without stress. Sign up here for just £97 for 12 months  My Best Year Ever
